I get a lot of questions about how working with a travel advisor actually works. So here’s a breakdown of what it looks like to partner with me... The key here is to waste as little time as possible while making it a fantastic experience for you.
This isn’t about me throwing random options at you. I ask thoughtful questions about you, your travel style, priorities, timeline, and what matters most to you. I will give you an estimated and realistic budget during this consultation. This is where alignment happens.
We will both decide if it's a good fit to work together AFTER a follow-up email. There is NO pressure to hire me, but I do not work until my concierge care fee is paid. If you hire me and commit to our working relationship, and you're ready to deposit 3-5 days after the quote is sent, I'll send my agreement for you to sign, and get to work on your proposal!
Based on that conversation, I research and design a first-and-best proposal that actually fits — not what’s trending or the cheapest, but what makes sense for your trip. This is where experience, training, and industry knowledge matter.
Once we decide, I handle the booking, you send me my CC authorization and booking form, confirmations, and details so nothing gets missed. This includes timelines, logistics, and making sure everything is set up correctly from the start.
You don’t just get a confirmation email and a “good luck.” I help prepare you with what to expect, helpful tips, and realistic guidance so you feel ready instead of overwhelmed.
If something comes up, you’re not on your own Googling in a panic. You have support and a plan for handling real-life travel hiccups from my supplier and me.
Travel doesn’t end when you land home. I check in, learn from your experience, and use that insight to plan even better trips for you in the future.
